Gear Transport (Only) from and back to Denver Airport
We will provide gear-only transport from Denver Airport to the host hotel in Casper on Sunday, Aug. 6 between noon and 4 pm. On Level 6, west side, exit through Door 602 and look for Adventure Enablers and ARWS signs/flags. The gear should arrive in Casper within about 5 hours. You may pick up your gear from the race Staging Area (951 N Poplar Street, the rear lot, across from Ramkota Hotel) between 9:30 pm and 10:30 pm that evening or starting at 7 am on Monday, August 7.
On Thursday, August 17, the gear transport truck leaves Casper for Denver airport no later than noon, so if you are using this option, you must have all gear in Staging Area by 10 am. If necessary, you can leave your gear to be returned to Denver (preload it in the box truck), but you will need to make sure you are at the Denver airport at 4 pm on the 17th to retrieve your gear from the truck.
Staging Area
We have secured a gated and manned Staging Area just across from the Ramkota Hotel at 951 N Poplar Street. Starting at 7 am on Monday, August 7 you may use this area to store, work on, or organize your gear.
